In February 2026, employees of SIA Nordic Homes and SIA NH Engineering took part in our internal, regular annonymous survey. We are happy to say that trust in management has reached one of its highest points now at 88%, with an overwhelming majority expressing confidence in the leadership team. Employees clearly understand and support the company’s development direction, reflecting strong internal alignment and a shared sense of purpose.

One of the most encouraging improvements is in how employees experience communication and workplace culture. Compared to earlier surveys, there has been a noticeable increase in clarity around roles, responsibilities, and decision-making processes. More employees now report that they know exactly who to approach when questions arise and that they have access to the information needed to do their jobs effectively. This growing transparency creates a working environment where people feel confident, supported, and empowered.

The sense of appreciation and belonging within the company has also strengthened. A high percentage of employees say they feel valued at Nordic Homes, and even more confirm that relationships within the team are positive and collegial. Comfort in the workplace remains strong, and the vast majority would recommend the company to others. Importantly, more employees than in several previous years state that they are not considering looking for work elsewhere, signaling increased loyalty and long-term commitment.

Perhaps most inspiring is the strong motivation for growth. Employees consistently express willingness to learn and gain additional education, and confidence that management will take survey results into account has improved compared to past periods.

Employees also consistently express willingness to learn and gain additional education, and confidence that management will take survey results into account has improved compared to past periods. This shows a company that listens, evolves, and invests in its people.
Kaspars Šenvalds, Chairman of the managment board of SIA Nordic Homes & SIA NH Engineering: " From the latest survey results we see that trust in leadership is strong, employees clearly understand and support our development goals, and internal communication and role clarity have improved significantly compared to previous years. Just as importantly, people feel valued, maintain positive and collegial relationships, and show growing loyalty to the company. The willingness to learn and develop further demonstrates ambition within our teams, while increased confidence that feedback is heard reflects a more open and responsive organization. These results reinforce my belief that we are building not only a successful company, but a workplace where people genuinely want to contribute and grow."
